Sharon Correia

Sharon rejoined LHS in 2016 and has more than 20 years of biotech and pharma corporate communications and marketing management experience at both public and private companies. Throughout her career, Sharon has worked on integrated corporate and product communications strategies for investor, media and professional advocacy relations; and she has led the communications process for multiple NDA approvals in CNS, oncology and molecular diagnostics; product launches; as well as other NDAs, financings and IPOs.

Prior to joining LHS, Sharon was Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, a biotech focused on development and commercialization of immunodiagnostics and therapeutics to identify and treat cancers and CNS diseases where she launched their first immuno-oncology product eventually sold to Cardinal Health. Sharon was a key strategic partner in developing and managing external and internal communications to effectively influence key investor, stakeholder, medical and media perception of Navidea and drive engagement.

Previously, Sharon held communication management roles with Alseres Pharmaceuticals and Aderis Pharmaceuticals focused on CNS conditions and radiodiagnostics, BioScale, Inc. (now Proterix Bio), Oscient, Caliper Life Sciences and Millipore.
