Casey Darby

Casey Darby is a seasoned investor relations executive with nearly two decades of experience leading strategic financial communications, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement for public and private companies, including agency experience. He has held senior roles at BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Horizon Therapeutics, Assertio Therapeutics, and W.W. Grainger among other Companies, where he guided organizations through earnings transitions, capital raises, mergers/acquisitions, FDA approvals, and R&D events.

Casey has extensive expertise in investor targeting, modeling, and regulatory communications and has successfully supported IPOs, debt refinancing, and corporate rebranding efforts across the biotech, pharma, and industrial sectors. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Finance.
