Nancie Steinberg

Nancie Steinberg is a Senior Integrated Marketing and Communications Executive with 20+ years of global health care leadership experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans. She is a thought leader in earned media, branding, issues management, and advocacy. Before becoming an independent media relations consultant, she was SVP and Healthcare Media Relations lead for Hill + Knowlton’s Healthcare media team and worked for a small IR/PR company specializing in early life science companies.

Prior to that, she was a VP, Media Group Director at Chamberlain Communications Group. Before that she was a Senior Media Relations Specialist for the City of Hope National Medical Center. She was the director of public relations for Cabrini Medical Center in Gramercy Park. She began her healthcare PR experience as a public information officer for the American Medical Association Media Relations Office in New York. She is the president of the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society (HPRMS) of New York and is Treasurer on the board of the Publicity Club of New York.
