Lisa is a strategic communications leader with over 25 years of experience advising global and emerging health and science companies. She brings a strong foundation in client service, having led integrated communications programs that build visibility, credibility, and value for companies, products, platforms, and technologies across the life sciences ecosystem
Today, Lisa focuses on driving agency growth through and business development and marketing. She leads LaVoieHealthScience’s new business and marketing teams, guiding strategic positioning and outreach to align the agency’s offerings with the evolving needs of the market.
With a background spanning public relations, media relations, investor relations, corporate communications, and marketing, Lisa continues to serve as a trusted partner to clients while expanding the agency’s reach and impact.

Lisa is a strategic communications leader with more than 25 years of experience advising global and emerging health, science, and government organizations, developing integrated communications programs that build visibility, credibility, and long-term value in complex scientific, regulatory, and public interest environments.
In her role as President, Lisa oversees LaVoieHealthScience’s Boston office and supports operational excellence, client service, and resource alignment as the agency continues to grow and expand its impact. She partners closely with CEO Donna LaVoie to ensure clients are supported with the right expertise as demands evolve across complex scientific, regulatory, public interest, and policy environments.
Previously, Lisa served as Director of Corporate Planning and Communications at Ergo Science Corporation for 14 years, where she led two successful stock splits, supported board-level initiatives, served as company spokesperson, and managed press releases and SEC filings. She also organized annual meetings, proxy voting, trade shows, and special events. Lisa has contributed to publications including O’Dwyer’s PR Magazine and Communications Intelligence Magazine.
